![]() It was like the beginning of a one-man musical renaissance in the Nigerian Afro-fusion world. I can't and couldn't really tell but I just know that it stood out (really stood out) from the numerous and especially up-tempo sounds of the period, especially the Afro-fusion sounds. It could have been the fusion of ragga with Afrobeat or even the smooth but rugged sounding Baritone vocals. ![]() I can't really point out the features or elements of the song that made it stand out from the different and numerous sounds of that period. ![]() Sometime around June 2012, I stumbled upon a song on the radio that got my attention and changed my views about the Afro-fusion genre (Afrobeats) of Nigeria. ![]()
